Our 3D mental model

Designing a Catalyst workshop takes time. Often several months. It is a major undertaking but any activity that aims to achieve in a few days what would otherwise take 4-6 months should be. It is all in the planning!

Ensuring scope and ambition

We work closely with the sponsor and all the relevant parties during this period to ensure the right scope, the right people and the right ambition. 

For the actual execution of the workshop, we will bring in a highly experienced team whose pure and only function is to support the workshop participants in achieving their goal.
